An example of a Control Panel with PID controller (Fuji PXG9). This particular type of Control Panel provides PID control of pressure within a tank containing a mixture of sand and water. Pressure (PV) is measured using an Endress & Hauser Hydrostatic probe (4-20mA). The control of the pressure (MV) is provided by a Rotork valve actuator (4-20mA).
Manual control of the valve actuator is also provided by Auto/Man selector switch and Open & Close pushbuttons. Manual control is also available via the PID controller.
